If you are registered for online services then you cancel the appointment and re-book all at the same time
It is easier and quicker to book appointments and request repeat prescriptions via our online service. Simply log in and select an option. If Patient Access is unavailable you are advised to arrange your appointment or prescriptions using other methods as provided in this website. Requests to register to use this system will be passed to a doctor for authorisation to access this service.
